We identify key goals, opportunities, and restraints that define the parameters of the project. We utilize market research, best practices, and emerging trends to challenge assumptions and cull creativity.
Define and Discover
Definition is the most critical stage of the strategic process. First we identify the client’s high-level goals and business objectives. We focus on defining the opportunities, channels, tools, and deliverables that best serve these needs. Comprehensive examination at the outset of the project enables us to foresee roadblocks and pinpoint benchmarks.
Planning
“The best laid schemes of mice and men, go oft awry.” That is, unless they do it our way. We work closely with our client to develop a detailed long-view strategy for the company’s digital presence, building a multifaceted vision that is both creative and functional. Then we assemble a digital engagement document that lists responsibilities, maps milestones, and describes intent and strategy.
Implementation and Consulting
After a product or site launch, Use All Five remains within reach to expedite implementation and adoption. If there’s a problem, we’re there to fix it. The life of our work is important to us, and we’ll do whatever is in our power to ensure it is both dynamic and effective. The work must adapt and evolve ahead of our client’s needs. Otherwise, our clients won’t need it.
Measurement and Analysis
We don’t just measure the success of a project by how much our moms liked it (although that often is a factor), we also take a more empirical approach. We use industry-standard tools and our own methodology to monitor benchmarks and track performance. As part of our consulting services, we’ll help buffer any rough edges and make assorted tweaks to optimize performance and outcome.
